K2 Partnering Solutions is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers, designing AI-driven solutions and deploying production agents. You will translate complex business problems into concrete technical designs and collaborate across systems, data flows, and integrations.

The role requires hands-on ownership, strong communication, and comfort working in ambiguous environments. Milan/Rome, Italy; 4 days in the office; English and Italian fluency are expected.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical problem-solving roles.
• Strong software design fundamentals and systems thinking.
• Experience working across systems, integrations and data flows.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into technical designs and working solutions.
• Experience building, deploying and improving production systems.
• Strong ownership of reliability, performance and continuous improvement.
• Comfort working directly with customers and internal Product and Engineering teams.
• Interest in AI-powered systems and real-world automation.
