EWOR GmbH is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join our new department. You will lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as Agentic AI, translating strategy into concrete roadmaps.

Based in Europe or the Americas (remote options available), you will own end-to-end delivery with high autonomy, collaborate with a world-class team, and help position the unit for rapid growth and a potential spin-off.

• High-agency builder mindset, with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

EWOR is launching cutting-edge new initiatives, and we are looking for exceptional operators and builders to join our new department.
