Hired is seeking a Growth Manager to drive scalable growth across the platform, optimizing user acquisition, retention, and monetization. You will lead data-driven initiatives and work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to Test and optimize campaigns.

This full-time role is remote (work from anywhere) and involves coordinating with stakeholders to report growth KPIs and drive impact across markets.

Competenze

• Experience in growth marketing or user acquisition with a track record of success.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize initiatives.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, and social media.
