Hired is seeking a Growth Manager to drive scalable growth across our platform from anywhere in the world. This full-time role focuses on acquiring users, optimizing retention, and monetization through data-driven experiments and cross-functional collaboration.

You will analyze metrics, run SQL queries, coordinate with product, marketing and eng teams, manage paid campaigns, and report KPIs to stakeholders.

Competenze

• Experience in growth marketing or user acquisition with a track record of success.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize initiatives.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, and social media.
