10x Team seeks a Freelance AI Trainer for Talent Acquisition with 8–20 hours per week, fully remote for EU/UK experts. You will review AI content on recruitment, provide actionable feedback, and craft realistic training scenarios to improve AI hiring processes.

Ideal candidates have recruitment experience in the EU/UK market and can work asynchronously on freelance projects. This flexible role offers ongoing learning via the AI Academy and direct impact on AI-driven hiring methods.

Competenze

• Experience in talent acquisition or HR, EU/UK market preferred.
• Ability to provide practical feedback on AI-generated recruitment content.
• Comfortable with remote freelance arrangements and flexible hours.

Mansioni

• Review and evaluate AI-generated content about talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and hiring processes.
• Assess AI suggestions on candidate evaluation, interview processes, and applicant experience, providing practical feedback.
• Create realistic scenarios and case studies based on expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Develop scenario variations embodying industry best practices, compliance, and risk considerations.
• Identify risks and improvement areas in AI-generated outputs, delivering precise, actionable feedback.
