Toptal is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead AI-driven product initiatives for our platform. You will own end-to-end delivery, define features, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other PMs to ship high-impact solutions.

You will guide discovery, leverage user research and data, and manage a cross-functional team to align roadmaps with strategic goals. This remote role emphasizes ownership and measurement against business outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of proven software product management experience.
• Proven ability to lead products end-to-end from discovery through launch, iteration, and scale, even in ambiguous environments.
• Experience designing and launching AI-powered product features that improve engagement, efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.

• Own and lead all aspects of an established agile team, including backlog grooming, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination, with a focus on delivering AI-driven product capabilities.
• Translate AI platform capabilities into customer-facing, talent-facing, and internal product experiences that deliver measurable business value.
• Define scope of new product features and ongoing feature improvements.
• Write and prioritize user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Break down complex problems using data, analytics, and user research to inform product direction.
