Context Travel is seeking a Regional Senior Associate for Italy, Southern Europe and Africa. This remote, hybrid role combines frontline client engagement with operational delivery, owning high-value regional requests from initial enquiry to confirmed booking while maintaining portfolio accuracy and data-driven improvements.

You will collaborate with experts, travel advisors, and the Delivery team to optimize regional performance, supported by a global, remote-first environment.

Competenze

• 2+ years in travel, hospitality, or a comparable client-facing commercial role.
• Native-level English and Italian written and spoken; strong professional judgement in client-facing communications
• Deep familiarity with Italy with 3+ years lived or relevant professional experience.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end regional requests from enquiry to closing the sale and upsell opportunities.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and advisors; ensure proposals are commercially sound and tracked.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the ISEA portfolio to ensure fulfilability and drive improvements.
• Monitor backend configurations and flag seasonality risks or portfolio gaps before bookings.
• Build trusted relationships with regional experts and clients; match experts to clients by context.
• Design, document, and lead new regional workflows to improve client experience.
