Job summary

Miramis Group is seeking an experienced Chef de Rang for the 2027 summer season at Hotel Torre di Cala Piccola in Porto Santo Stefano. You will be the heartbeat of the dining experience, coordinating with the kitchen and Restaurant Manager to deliver impeccable service.

The role includes leading the dining team, upselling wines, handling dietary requirements, and training staff. Contract runs April to October with a gross salary starting at €23,739 plus variable earnings; accommodation and

Qualifications

• Mastery of gastronomic terminology and Italian and international dining room procedures.
• Practical knowledge of HACCP protocols and hygiene and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage and coordinate the dining section and team.
• Ability to present wines and house specialties with upselling.
• Ability to manage guests’ dietary requirements.
• Knowledge of food cost; basic sommellerie (preferred).
