Haleon in Italy is seeking an Expert Field Specialist to translate strategies into practical campaigns for dentists, dental hygienists and gynecologists, using defined guidance and CRM tools.

You will champion Haleon's brands, deliver science-based selling stories face-to-face, support launches and educate local healthcare professionals while ensuring compliance with EFPIA rules and SOPs. A proactive, independent mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree backgrounds in medicine, biology, chemistry or pharmacy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Affinity with the dental environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as brand champion to execute strategy with dentists and dental hygienists.
• Use segmentation and targeting to plan territory and report in CRM daily.
• Deliver science-based selling stories through face-to-face calls and workshops with HCPs.
• Support product launches with science-based engagements, local events and training.
• Engage KEEs and associations; attend conferences and trainings as needed.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and EFPIA rules in all activities.
