Haleon is recruiting an Expert Field Specialist to implement educational campaigns for Oral Care and Gynecology brands. You will translate strategies for dentists and gynecologists using guidance, monitoring tools, and CRM-based reporting to achieve company objectives.

The role requires medical/pharmacy background, strong communication skills, independence, and the ability to engage with HCPs and professional societies.

Formación

• Education: Medicine/Pharmacy background or related field.
• Experience: previous relevant experience in the role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to build professional relationships with HCPs and associations.
• Good analytical skills.
• Team-oriented with affinity to dental environment.
• Strong communication and proficiency with hardware (iPad) and software (MS Office, CRM).

Responsabilidades

• Promote Haleon brands to dentists, dental hygienists, and gynecologists.
• Follow Haleon framework and tools to support HCPs and KEEs.
• Execute territory plans with segmentation and report results via CRM.
• Deliver science-based selling stories in calls and events.
• Support launches and educational campaigns for HCPs.
• Engage KEEs and HCP associations; attend conferences as needed.
• Organize Dental School training for future HCPs.
• Ensure SOP compliance for customer-facing activities.
• Share best practices to transfer knowledge.
