ING in Milan is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the savings product roadmap and drive commercial initiatives. You will design pricing, monitor performance, and translate business needs into IT requirements within an Agile delivery setup.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management across Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Legal, and Compliance, with a permanent full-time contract and an international, fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in economics, engineering or similar field.
• 3+ years’ experience in product management, business analysis or project management in financial services.
• Strong understanding of retail banking (savings/deposits is a plus).
• Experience with campaigns, pricing, and performance monitoring.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to deliver under pressure.

Mansioni

• Own and evolve the savings product roadmap, aligned with business and funding objectives.
• Design and execute commercial initiatives (acquisition, upsell, retention).
• Define and steer pricing actions to ensure market competitiveness and profitability.
• Monitor product performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Improve the end-to-end customer journey across digital channels.
• Translate business needs into IT requirements and support delivery via Agile ways of working.
