ING in Milan is seeking a Cards and Mobile Payments Expert to own the end-to-end lifecycle of card products and customer journeys, collaborating with Product Owners, IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance and external partners to define, develop and enhance payments services.

This permanent, on-site role in Milan (hybrid) offers a base salary of 39,000 euros plus performance-based bonuses, with opportunities for growth within a multidisciplinary agile squad focused on customer experience and

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in Card product or customer journey roles.
• Ability to analyze requirements and make decisions under regulatory constraints.
• Knowledge of English language.
• Knowledge of mobile payments and innovative payments.

Mansioni

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Cards & Mobile Payments products and customer journeys.
• Drive continuous improvement of customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into deliverable solutions.
