ING Italia is seeking a Business Analyst for its SME onboarding and Digital channels team. You will manage end-to-end SME processes, translate business needs into IT specs, and collaborate with multiple functions to deliver frictionless customer experiences.

You will work in a fast-paced, international setting, with a focus on data-driven improvements, onboarding excellence, and continuous optimization of digital channels and activation times.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a business analyst in finance and Intl environment.
• Experience coordinating IT projects across Sales, Legal, Compliance, Finance.
• Familiar with CMS and digital onboarding processes.
• Strong analytical and requirements translation skills.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end SME onboarding process improvements and onboarding optimization.
• Gather business requirements and translate into functional specs for IT.
• Collaborate with product, UX, Risk and Ops to design new SME features.
• Create reports and analytics to support departmental decisions.
• Drive digital banking solutions for a frictionless SME experience.
