Intesa Sanpaolo is seeking a Senior Product Manager for IBD Transactional Offer to strengthen the bank's transactional products across Milan and Zagreb. You will monitor performance, analyze customer behaviour, and lead the development of cards, wallets, and digital payments features across mobile and online channels.

We require a university degree, 5+ years in banking/fintech, fluent English, and strong knowledge of retail transactional business.

Competenze

• University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant banking sector or fintech.
• Excellent knowledge of retail banking transactional business and related products and technology, with specific focus on cards & related digital functionalities.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.

• Monitor performance of transactional products and services across Intesa Sanpaolo Group banks.
• Propose product changes and remediation actions to improve performance.
