Job summary

Argotec invites applications for a Satellite Assembly & Integration Operator to join the Production team in Italy. The role focuses on hands-on assembly, integration and testing of satellite components, interfacing with mechanical, electrical, and software domains to ensure quality and performance.

You will collaborate with engineering, validation and quality teams, follow aerospace procedures, and contribute to improving the assembly line while maintaining safe working practices in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school technical diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably assembly/integration/testing.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on assembly, integration and testing on satellite systems in accordance with technical specs and safety requirements.
• Execute procedures and collaborate with design/engineering teams to address issues.
• Support prototype satellite assembly and testing activities.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and organize workspace for efficient operations.
• Follow safety and material handling procedures to ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Document and report activities with proper traceability in MES/ERP systems.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
