Job summary

Argotec S.r.l. is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Integration and Testing (AIT) Engineer to join its AIT Engineering Unit.

You will work hands-on in assembling, integrating, and testing small satellite platforms and subsystems, from design support to launch campaign. Responsibilities include developing MAIP and test procedures, performing environmental tests, and collaborating with design engineers to optimize assembly and testing strategies within a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, proactive approach to assembly and testing.
• Experience in aerospace assembly or testing environments.
• Proficiency with 3D modeling software and structural integration.

Responsibilities

• Design Ground Support Equipment for AIT activities.
• Define and execute mechanical integration sequences for satellite systems.
• Support harness design and feasibility assessments.
• Develop MAIP and test plans for structural, thermal, and environmental testing.
• Write integration and test procedures for programs.
• Execute and support Environmental Test campaigns (Vibration, Shock, TVAC).
• Prepare and support launch campaigns and related activities.
• Collaborate with Structural/Thermal Design Engineers to optimize strategies.
• Contribute to AIT Plan development for New Product Introduction.
