Job summary

Argotec in Italy is seeking a Space Missions Engineer to join our Systems Engineering Unit. You will lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary mission teams, guiding space projects from concept through verification for Small Satellites, and ensure end-to-end technical objectives are met.

Responsibilities include managing schedules with JIRA and MS Project, defining and reviewing requirements, coordinating interfaces between Space, Ground and Launch Segments, and delivering data packages to

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Aerospace, Space Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as a Lead System Engineer.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with system engineering tools and processes; knowledge of ECSS/MIL/NASA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and coordination of space projects from phase A to phase E.
• Coordinate interfaces between Space, Ground and Launch Segments.
• Manage project schedules using JIRA and MS Project.
• Interface daily with Technical Team, Program Manager and Product Assurance.
• Contribute to system engineering plans and verification plans.
• Oversee technical reviews and data package deliveries with customers and suppliers.
