BearingPoint is seeking an SAP S/4HANA FI/CO Business Consultant to help clients transform financial management and controlling through SAP S/4HANA. You will contribute to end-to-end SAP projects from design to go-live in a dynamic international team.

Location is Milan or Turin, with travel both domestically and internationally. The role requires strong analytical skills, English fluency and Italian proficiency, plus experience in SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA.

• Degree in business, finance, accounting, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in SAP FI/CO with SAP S/4HANA.
• Gathers and analyzes requirements and translates into functional specs.
• Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling implementations and rollouts.
• Analyze business requirements and translate into designs and configurations.
• Support GL, AP, AR, cost center accounting, and profitability analysis.
• Improve financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and cost allocation.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders and advise on FI/CO capabilities.
• Coordinate with SD and MM modules and technical teams for integration.
• Participate in testing, data migration, cutover, and post go-live support.
• Build trusted client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.

Join Our Dynamic Team

We are looking for an SAP S/4HANA FI/CO Business Consultant to help clients transform their financial management and controlling processes with SAP S/4HANA.

Location: Milan or Turin

Your Role & Responsibilities

As part of an international team, you will contribute to client-facing SAP projects, supporting organizations as they design, implement, and improve their SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling solutions. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to translate business needs into effective, sustainable outcomes, including:

• Contributing to SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) implementations, transformations, and rollouts.
• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional designs, process flows, and SAP configuration.
• Supporting financial accounting and controlling processes, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, cost center accounting, internal orders, and profitability analysis.
• Helping clients improve financial reporting, planning, budgeting, cost allocation, and analysis processes.
• Facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and advising clients on SAP FI/CO capabilities and leading practices.
• Coordinating with other SAP modules, including Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM), as well as technical teams, to support end-to-end process integration and financial data flows.
• Contributing to testing, data migration, cutover, training, and post-go-live support, with close attention to detail.
• Building trusted client relationships, managing stakeholder expectations, and supporting project teams in delivering measurable business results.
• You have a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• You have experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on SAP FI/CO processes and solutions.
• You have experience with SAP S/4HANA and a strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.

• You are comfortable working in an international environment and communicating in English; proficiency in Italian. Other European languages are a plus.
• You are willing to travel domestically and internationally when project needs require it.
