BearingPoint is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our SAP practice in Milan or Turin to lead and support SAP S/4HANA FI/CO projects. You will design, implement, and optimize financial processes, collaborating with international teams to deliver measurable business value.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in SAP consulting with S/4HANA experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Formación

• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of SAP consulting experience with a focus on FI/CO processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling.
• Ability to gather/analalyze requirements and develop functional specs for stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills in a client-facing role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or contribute to SAP S/4HANA FI/CO implementations, transformations, and rollouts.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and SAP configurations.
• Support core financial processes: GL, AP, AR, asset accounting, closing, CO, internal orders.
• Facilitate workshops and advise on FI/CO best practices.
• Coordinate with SAP modules and technical teams for end-to-end integration.
• Contribute to testing, data migration, cutover, training, and post-go-live support.
• Build trusted client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team and help clients transform their financial management and controlling processes with SAP S/4HANA.

Location: Milan or Turin

Your Role & Responsibilities

As part of an international team, you will deliver client-facing SAP projects, supporting organizations as they design, implement, and improve their SAP S/4HANA solutions. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to translate business needs into effective, sustainable outcomes, including:

• Leading or contributing to SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) implementations, transformations, and rollouts.
• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional designs, process flows, and SAP configuration.
• Supporting core financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, asset accounting, financial closing, cost center accounting, and internal orders.
• Facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and advising clients on SAP FI/CO capabilities and leading practices.
• Coordinating with other SAP modules and technical teams to support end-to-end process integration and financial data flows.
• Contributing to testing, data migration, cutover, training, and post-go-live support, with close attention to detail.
• Building trusted client relationships, managing stakeholder expectations, and supporting project teams in delivering measurable business results.

• You are willing to travel domestically and internationally when project needs require it.
