Asahi Europe and International is seeking an experienced Change Manager to work independently on delivering and embedding change for a new ERP SAP S/4HANA rollout across markets.

You will lead stakeholder analysis, plan change management, develop training tools, and track adoption metrics, ensuring leadership buy-in and business readiness. The role requires 3+ years in change management and fluency in English and Italian; it is a 2-year fixed-term, on-site in Rome with a €58,000+ salary.

• Develop stakeholder analysis and manage stakeholder messages.
• Perform Change Impact Assessment and analyse how future ways of working will affect people.
• Develop understanding of behaviour and cultural change needed.
• Collaborate with Leaders at country level and BPOs to align local ways of working.

• Create a detailed change management plan, strategy and KPIs to embed the change.
