Asahi is seeking an experienced Change Manager to work independently and deliver change across a SAP S/4HANA ERP implementation. You will collaborate with project teams, leaders at country level, and external partners to ensure adoption, readiness, and ROI realization.

Requirements include +3 years in change management, a university degree, and fluency in English and Italian, along with strong PM skills and the ability to lead teams through complexity.

• +3 years’ experience in core Change Management / transformational change.
• University degree.
• Advanced English & Italian proficiency.

• Conduct Change Impact Assessments and analyse future ways of working.

• Collaborate with country leaders and BPOs to align local processes.
