Asahi Europe & International is seeking an experienced Change Manager to independently deliver and embed change for a SAP S/4HANA ERP implementation across markets. The role ensures leadership buy‑in, business readiness and ROI realization through robust planning and governance.

You will develop stakeholder analyses, assess change impact, and define training and communications for senior leadership and SMEs. Fixed-term 2 years, based in Italy.

Competenze

• 3+ years in core Change Management or transformational change.
• University degree completed.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Develop stakeholder analyses and messaging with coaching for teams.
• Conduct Change Impact Assessments and analyze how future work will evolve.
• Partner with leaders to align local ways of working with future processes.
• Create a detailed change management plan, strategy and KPIs.
• Define key messages and communication for the project and training needs.
