Job summary

Randstad Enterprise in Italy is seeking a Customer Order Management Specialist on a 1-year temporary contract to join the team. You will enter, monitor and update orders using SAP, manage the full order-to-deliver process, and coordinate with warehouses, carriers and internal teams.

The role requires fluent Italian and English, strong organizational and communication skills, and a good command of Excel. Experience in multinational environments and KPI reporting are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Order Management including end-to-end lifecycle.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP SD module.
• Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enter, monitor and update orders within SAP.
• Manage the end-to-deliver process from order receipt to customer delivery.
• Monitor product availability and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, and internal functions involved in the process.
• Manage operational issues and escalations.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers.
• Support reporting activities and service KPI monitoring.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
