NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking an experienced SAP Basis Administrator to join our team. The role combines SAP Basis operations with SAP HANA database administration and requires a customer-centric mindset, strong analytical and communication skills, and a structured approach to incident resolution and system maintenance.

This position provides L2 operational support within a 24x7 service model organized across three shifts.

Competenze

• Hands-on SAP Basis administration with operational support responsibility.
• Experience supporting both SAP ABAP and SAP Java environments.
• Experience in multiple SAP landscapes: development, test, training, production.
• Strong knowledge of SAP monitoring, transport management, and job scheduling.
• Experience with SAP upgrades, support packages, kernel upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with SAP Web Dispatcher, SSL, and SSO configurations.
• Experience with SAP HANA databases including security and replication.
• Proven incident, problem, change and release management experience.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotating schedule.

Mansioni

• Provide L2 operational support for SAP ABAP and Java landscapes across environments.
• Work within a 24x7 support model organized across three shifts.
• Monitor SAP systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Respond to incidents within SLAs and coordinate bridge calls.
• Analyze incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Use ServiceNow and SPC for ticket handling and tracking.
• Perform end-to-end SAP Basis administration including transports and client copies.
• Manage Change and Transport System to promote configurations across environments.
• Plan and execute SAP upgrades, support packages, and kernel upgrades.
• Administer SAP HANA databases: installation, monitoring, backup and recovery.
• Configure SSL and SSO, maintain certificates and trust relationships.
• Support disaster recovery planning and data replication scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design reliable SAP solutions.
