Descrizione del lavoro

Salesforce is seeking a Associate Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team within the Customer Success Group. You will work with consultants, architects and project managers to deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions, including integrations and middleware, while developing domain expertise and ensuring successful customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT, hands-on coding in OO languages (Java), REST/SOAP APIs, and a proven ability to learn quickly, travel

Competenze

Minimum 5 years of IT experience.
Hands-on technical and solution implementation experience in software domains.
Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
Ability to learn new technologies and work with a distributed team.
Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally.
Proficiency in English and Italian.

Mansioni

Lead and deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions including integrations and middleware.
Work with Consultants, Architects and Project Managers to ensure successful customer outcomes.
Develop technical designs, documents and best practices leveraging Salesforce.
Troubleshoot and resolve key customer implementation issues to drive project completion.
Support front and backend solution development and release management.
