NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking a skilled Salesforce Senior Developer to design and implement Salesforce solutions, with a focus on integrations across systems. You will work across front-end and back-end development on the Salesforce platform and contribute to solution design.

You will bring at least 4 years of Salesforce Core experience, with expertise in Salesforce Industries (Communications Cloud), Field Service, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, plus Apex, Flows, and LWC.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and minimum 4 years of Salesforce Core experience.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Industries (Communications Cloud), Field Service, and Sales/Service Cloud.
• Strong Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development skills.
• Experience with integrations and DevOps/CI/CD practices.

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Salesforce Senior Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. You will be responsible implementing Salesforce solutions, and integrations with other systems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Configure and implement Salesforce solutions
• Serving as a technical expert for both front-end and back-end development on the platform
• Implementing new features and providing support for existing websites
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements
• Participating in solution design and problem-solving activities
• Ensuring technical integration with other systems

What You'll Bring Along

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification. Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce Core
• Proven expertise in: Salesforce Industries (Communications Cloud), Salesforce Field Service, MuleSoft APIs
• Strong knowledge of: Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
• Additional experience: Telecoms, fibre, utilities, or other regulated environments
• Order management and service lifecycle processes
• Technical skills: Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), MuleSoft APIs
• Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Preferred certifications:
• Salesforce Industries (Vlocity)
• Salesforce Field Service Consultant
• MuleSoft Certified Developer
