Salesforce Napoli is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to work directly with customers, resolving critical issues and guiding adoption of Salesforce technology. You will act as a trusted technical partner, providing expert troubleshooting, best practices, and architecting solutions to maximize platform value.

The role operates in a fast-paced Global Support environment, supporting 24/7 technical operations and cross-functional collaboration to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in technical support or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong English communication; Portuguese and Spanish preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce platform architecture and Service Cloud.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end customer technical experience by managing support cases from diagnosis to resolution.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce platform products.
• Coordinate resolution of critical cases with cross-functional teams.
• Provide onboarding support and technical discovery sessions for new customers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge base.
