Job summary

Siemens AG in Italy is seeking a Salesforce Solution Analyst as part of the global SherpaX SI 3S CPQ project team.

You will define requirements and user stories for the new SF RCA CPQ solution, support integrations and information management across Siemens SI IT applications, and collaborate with the agile team, Product Owner, Solution Architect, Product Manager, and Development Team to align business needs with IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Multiple years’ experience with Salesforce CPQ+ (RCA/ARM) as a solutions consultant or user.
• Knowledge of SFDC development and/or Admin will be considered a plus.
• Experience defining features and user stories in large-scale SDLC international projects, preferably CPQ.

Responsibilities

• Identify and elicit SI CPQ business needs.
• Explain to POs and developers what is required and oversee progress/quality.
• Coordinate with business and IT teams to align solutions.
• Collaborate with the SI 3S CPQ architect to devise efficient IT solutions.
• Break down features into workable user stories.
• Work in an Agile SAFE framework.
• Support evolving the functional solution architecture.
