Artemest cerca un Interior Designer e Project Manager per rafforzare il team Trade & Design. Ti occuperai di sviluppare la rete di clienti aziendali quali architetti e interior designer e di gestire progetti di grandi dimensioni dalla concept alla consegna.

La figura ideale ha almeno 4–5 anni di esperienza, eccellente creatività e padronanza di AutoCAD, InDesign e rendering 3D. Offriamo un ambiente giovane, dinamico e orientato al lusso, con opportunità di crescita.

Competenze

• Laurea in Interior Design o Architettura con specializzazione in Design Management o Project Management.
• Almeno 4-5 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili.
• Forte senso creativo e capacità di sviluppare concetti originali.
• Esperienza in studi di design è preferita.
• Conoscenza avanzata di AutoCAD, InDesign e rendering 3D.

Posizione

To enhance its team, Artemest is looking for an Interior Designer and Project Manager. The person will be part of the Trade & Design Team, in charge of the Business clients' network growth (Architects and Interior Designers) and will manage large-scale and complex projects.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Support Key Trade Accounts (es. Interior Designers, Architects, Retail Luxury Brands) on the development of interior design projects.
• Develop design concepts, moodboards, tailor presentations towards clients
• Sourcing & styling for the development of residential, retail & hospitality projects
• Negotiate with the supplier network and identify solutions for interior design projects
• Evaluate margins and commercial implications on projects
• Evaluate project requirements and operate accordingly (e.g. certifications)
• Monitor and manage the full order lifecycle
• Collaborate and liaise with our internal teams (Customer Care, Logistics, Marketplace, Administration, Order Management)
• Understand B2B client enquiries for residential and commercial projects and use problem solving skills to meet their expectations
• Review and manage B2B project opportunities
• Propose trade business development initiatives
• Support the trade team both in the development of new initiatives and in the definition of new market expansion through research and analytics

Who are we looking for?

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Product (preferably with specialization in Design Management or Project Management)
• At least 4-5 years of experience gained in a similar role
• Strong creative and design flair, with a proven ability to develop original concepts for interior design projects
• Previous experience within a design firm, or interior design practice is preferred
• Strong knowledge of the interior design sector, with a passion for art & crafts
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Adobe Suite, and 3D rendering (3ds Max)
• Highly proficient level of English, Italian native
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Aesthetic sensibility and passion for e-commerce and luxury products
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong attention to detail
• Highly organized, able to plan, prioritize, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Strong commitment to high-quality customer experience and a can-do attitude
