Job summary

POLIMI GSoM is seeking a Sales Support Intern to contribute to the promotion and recruitment activities for Master’s Degrees and Executive Education Programs. The role involves managing prospects from first contact through to the application stage, organizing events, collaborating with Marketing on campaigns, providing administration support, and performing data entry using CRM systems.

THE ROLE

For our Admission & Enrolment Unit, we are looking for a Sales Support Intern to contribute to

the promotion and recruitment activities for educational programs, including Master's Degrees and Executive Education Programs.

HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Support the management of prospects from the first contact through to the application stage;
• Support the organization and delivery of events;
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to monitor online and offline communication campaigns;
• Provide administrative support (contracts, purchase orders, use of management tools, etc.);
• Perform data entry activities and use CRM systems and application management platforms.

WHAT COULD MAKE YOU THE RIGHT PERSON

• Bachelor's or Master's degree;
• Fluent in both Italian and English;
• Interest in the education sector;
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Team-oriented mindset and proactive attitude;
• Accuracy and attention to detail.

We offer a full-time extracurricular internship lasting 6 months, with a monthly internship allowance in compliance with the current regulations of the Lombardy Region, ranging from €600 to €1,000 gross per month, with the possibility of extension at the end of the internship.

Location: Milan, with a hybrid working model.
