Job summary

Menarini Group is seeking a Sales Support Associate to join CODIFI team in Tuscany. You will act as a key liaison between Field Sales Representatives, national customers, and internal departments, handling end-to-end customer orders and pre- and post-sales relations.

The role emphasizes analytical skills, collaboration with Account Managers, and use of SAP ERP, Salesforce CRM, and Oracle BI to support commercial initiatives and sales tracking.

Qualifications

• Degree in Socio-Economics or related fields.
• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience; entry-level to junior profiles.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Good command of Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle BI).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-playing attitude; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support & Commercial Analysis: design & implement targeted sales strategies; monitor sales performance.
• Customer Service & Order Management: manage Pharma Order Entry and service requests; handle pre- and post-sales relations.
• Systems & Digital Tools: use Microsoft Office, email, SAP ERP, CRM Salesforce, and Oracle BI.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: interact with National Customers, Field Forces and internal CODIFI departments.
