XCMG Italia is seeking a proactive Sales Specialist for Forklifts and Port Machinery to expand the dealer network in Italy. You will promote and sell forklift products, identify opportunities, and drive revenue while aligning with company targets.

This role requires travel within the assigned region and strong collaboration with product and service teams. The ideal candidate has proven forklift sales experience, excellent negotiation and English communication skills, and a results-driven mindset

• Proven experience in forklift equipment sales.

Mansioni

• Actively promote and sell XCMG forklift products to existing and potential dealers within the assigned area
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers
• Identify new business opportunities, prospect new clients, and build a strong sales pipeline
• Assist in achieving sales targets and support sales development and forecasting activities
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals, negotiate with commercial teams, and close deals
• Track orders and ensure timely invoicing in coordination with internal departments
• Collaborate closely with the Forklift Product Management to align sales strategies and product positioning
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, proposing effective sales
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
