XCMG Italy is seeking a proactive Sales Specialist to promote forklifts and port machinery across the assigned Italian territory. You will build and manage dealer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth in line with company targets.

The role requires proven forklift sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed within Tuscany and surrounding regions.

Mansioni

• Promote and sell XCMG forklift products to existing and potential dealers.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers.
• Identify new business opportunities, prospect new clients, and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and support sales development and forecasting activities.
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals, negotiate with customers, and close deals.
• Track orders and ensure timely invoicing in coordination with internal departments.
• Collaborate closely with Forklift Product Management to align sales strategies and product positioning.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, proposing effective sales actions.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
