Franklin Electric Co. in Italy is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to manage growth in assigned accounts across Italy. You will promote water pumps, motors and related systems, develop contractor relationships, and report on market opportunities.

Description

Responsible for managing the growing of sales and market share with assigned accounts in Italy.

Develops and maintains contractor accounts and reports on market opportunities and developments.

Responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing sales strategies within the region to achieve profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Salary Range (Gross Annual Salary): 30.000€ – 40.000€
• Company car
• Variable Compensation: Sales Bonus & Eligibility for the Premio di Risultato (PDR), in accordance with the applicable company agreement.
• Applications from candidates with different levels of seniority will be considered.
• The final job level and compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and overall qualifications.
