Baker Hughes in Toscana, Firenze offers an Internship Program designed for students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or recently graduated to gain hands-on experience across core processes and technologies.

You will be mentored by a buddy and manager, work on projects, present results, and develop skills in data science, automation, and HS&E practices while aligning with customer needs and company standards.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ program in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or related STEM fields.
• Fluent in oral and written English and able to communicate effectively.
• Be legally eligible to work in the country without sponsorship.

Mansioni

• Support sales and operations planning for materials and business segments.
• Contribute to forecasting model development for Centrifugal Compressor and Steam Turbine products.
• Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and drive improvements.
• Monitor inventory, reduce risk and improve convertibility targets.
• Automate and simplify processes using data science and digital tools.
• Collaborate with a dynamic, cross-functional team.
• Apply HS&E standards and procedures to ensure compliance.
