Baker Hughes in Firenze is offering an Internship Program for students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in engineering, operations, and data-driven projects.

You will work on forecasting, inventory management, and process automation using data science tools, supported by mentors, and gain exposure to HS&E culture and diverse teams.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a STEM or business program.
• GPA >= 3.0 on 4.0 scale or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Support sales and operations planning for materials and segments.
• Contribute to forecast model for centrifugal compressors and steam turbines.
• Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and improvements.
• Monitor inventory, reduce risk and improve convertibility targets.
• Automate and simplify processes using data science and digital tools.
• Collaborate with a dynamic, cross-functional team.
• Apply HS&E standards to ensure compliance.
