Ajax Systems in Milano is seeking a Sales Operations Assistant to be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries and supporting the Business Development function.

You will manage sales documentation, contract administration, and order history, while coordinating shipping with logistics and production teams. The role requires ERP experience and strong Excel skills, plus fluency in Ukrainian and Italian.

Competenze

• Experience handling sales-related documentation with customers.
• Proficient in ERP systems (1C, SAP, Comarch).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Mansioni

• Be a contact person for our customers with sales related and other inquiries, provide a high level of service
• Support the Business Development function within the organization
• Provide administrative and technical support for contract administration, customer service, and order history management
• Register and forward contracts, provide relevant information to our key stakeholders
• Manage the process of shipping goods to customers in cooperation with the logistics and production departments
• Additional administrative tasks associated with Sales Operations

Conoscenze

Customer relationship management

Languages: Ukrainian & Italian

Formazione

Bachelor's degree in economics, logistics, or administration
