Ajax Systems is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator in Italy to act as the main contact for customers, assist the Business Development function, and handle contracts, orders, and shipping coordination with logistics and production teams.

The role requires experience with customer-facing documentation, ERP systems (1C, SAP, or Comarch ERP), and strong Excel/Sheets skills. Fluency in Ukrainian and Italian and a bachelor’s degree in economics, logistics, or administration are preferred.

Competenze

Experience with customers and managing sales-related documentation.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong knowledge of Ukrainian and Italian languages.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, logistics, or administration.

Mansioni

Be a contact person for our customers with sales related and other inquiries, provide a high level of service
Support the Business Development function within the organization
Provide administrative and technical support for contract administration, customer service, and order history management
Register and forward contracts, provide relevant information to our key stakeholders
Manage the process of shipping goods to customers in cooperation with the logistics and production departments
Additional administrative tasks associated with Sales Operations
