Ajax Systems in Torino, Italy seeks a Sales Operations Administrator to support contract administration, customer service, and order history management. You will register contracts and coordinate shipping with production and logistics, while maintaining data in ERP systems.

The role requires experience with customers, sales documentation, and proficiency in Excel/Sheets, plus fluency in Italian and Ukrainian; a bachelor’s degree in economics, logistics, or administration is preferred.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; fluent in Italian and Ukrainian.

• Be contact person for customers with sales inquiries.
• Support the Business Development function within the organization.
• Provide admin and technical support for contract administration, customer service, and order history management.
• Register and forward contracts, provide relevant information to our key stakeholders.
• Manage the process of shipping goods to customers in cooperation with the logistics and production departments.
• Additional administrative tasks associated with Sales Operations.

• Be a contact person for our customers with sales related and other inquiries, provide a high level of service.

• Experience working with customers and managing sales-related documentation.
• Experience working with ERP systems (1C, SAP, or Comarch ERP would be an advantage)
• Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian and Italian languages
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, logistics, or administration.
