ShopFully S.p.A. is seeking a highly motivated Junior Sales & Marketing Analyst intern to join our Strategic Partnership Management Team in Milan. You will blend data analysis with client-facing collaboration to turn campaign data into actionable insights.

The role requires strong Excel and Tableau skills, fluency in Italian and good English, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. We offer a hybrid work model, central Milan offices, and learning opportunities.

Competenze

• University Degree in Marketing, Economics and related fields.
• Analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail.
• Italian: Fluent, both written and spoken.
• English: Good, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Interpreting all the data of campaigns from different sources (tableau, internal DB analytics...) to deliver reporting and analysis with "powerful" insight;
• Preparing final presentation to be delivered to the customers. Review, synthesize and communicate insights in meaningful and actionable ways (transform data and results into actionable insights);
• Reading signals from the market to detect cultural trends and shifts in our customers expectations in terms of data
