Emerson is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive technical sales in the Process Industry across Tuscany and Lazio. You will promote Emerson's products and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Operations to deliver value-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate has a background in engineering or industrial sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills, and the willingness to travel within the territory.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in technical sales within industrial environments is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Mansioni

• Drive sales growth and market penetration in the assigned territory (Tuscany and Lazio).
• Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, end users, and distributors.
• Identify opportunities and support growth initiatives.
• Track opportunities and manage CRM data.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with customers.
