Bosch Rexroth Oil Control S.p.A. is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to support the growth of its Compact Hydraulics business in mobile machinery. The role blends technical and commercial expertise to develop relationships with OEMs and distributors and identify new projects.

You will join the Sales team in Nonantola and promote the product range, define sales plans, analyze customer needs with the Application Engineering team, and manage quotes and CRM/ERP data.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in technical-sales roles within industrial sectors.
• Experience in hydraulics, mobile machinery or industrial automation is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Manage and develop the assigned customer portfolio.
• Identify new business opportunities and projects with customers.
• Promote the Compact Hydraulics product range and solutions.
• Define and implement sales development plans in collaboration with management.
