Hyva is seeking a Sales Engineer in Lombardy to support our sales organization with technical expertise, product selection, and customer-specific applications. You will be the technical interface between customers, Sales, Product Management, R&D, and Operations, contributing to pre-sales processes and continuous product improvements.
You will translate customer needs into practical solutions, collaborate across functions and countries, and deliver technical training while ensuring compliance
Competenze
- Strong technical understanding and ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
- Clear communication with technical and commercial audiences.
- Experience in supporting pre-sales with product and solution concepts.
- Ability to collaborate across Sales, Product Management, R&D and Operations.
- Fluency in English; native Italian preferred in a customer-facing role.
Mansioni
- Support Sales in defining the best product selection and technical solution for customer applications.
- Act as technical contact for Customers, Sales Team, and Product Specialists.
- Provide feedback to R&D and Product Management to improve products and applications.
- Support troubleshooting of technical issues related to our products.
- Evaluate customer requirements and analyze applications to recommend technical solutions.
- Deliver technical product training to internal stakeholders, dealers, customers, and service partners.
- Ensure compliance with global processes, engineering standards, and quality requirements.
