Bosch Rexroth Oil Control SpA, based in Nonantola (MO) within the Modena area, is expanding its Compact Hydraulics team. We seek a motivated Sales Engineer to develop relationships with OEM customers and distributors, identify opportunities, and promote hydraulic solutions across the mobile machinery sector.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in technical-sales roles, a degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Automation or related fields, and strong English.

Competenze

3–5 years in technical-sales roles or Sales/Applications Engineering within industrial sectors.
Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automation or related technical discipline.
Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.

Mansioni

Manage and develop the assigned customer portfolio.
Identify new business opportunities and projects with customers.
Promote the Compact Hydraulics product range and solutions.
Define and implement sales development plans in collaboration with management.
Analyze customer application needs and propose suitable solutions.
Collaborate with the Application Engineering team to define technical solutions.
Support the preparation and negotiation of commercial offers.
Manage the quoting process and follow-up of opportunities.
Update and maintain CRM/ERP systems.
Monitor performance, pipeline, forecasts and project progress.
