As a Sales Competence Manager, you will be part of the Sales Learning & Development team, contributing to the development and execution of competence management and sales enablement initiatives across the organization.
You will play a key role in strengthening capabilities within the EMEA Sales force organization focus on Italian sales force by driving competence management processes, identifying skill gaps, and supporting the implementation of learning and enablement strategies aligned with regional business priorities.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with EMEA Sales force organization, Zone stakeholders, management teams, P&O, and external partners to foster continuous learning and business transformation. Also Greece will be part of the perimeter.

The Total Target Cash (Base + Variable) Pay Range for this position is 60.000€ - 75.000€ annually. The actual offer will be determined within this range, based on the candidate s experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
