PIQUADRO S.p.A. is seeking a Sales Assistant for the Milano Scalo outlet to provide outstanding customer service and maximize store sales. The role focuses on developing client relationships, advising on products, and ensuring accurate pricing and promotions.

Fluency in English is strongly desired, with Chinese language appreciated. Prior retail or service experience and strong numeracy are important for meeting targets and maintaining store standards.

Salary (Full-Time Equivalent): Gross annual salary of €26,000 (Full-Time Equivalent), in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Pelli e Cuoio Industria). For part-time positions, the salary will be pro-rated according to the agreed working hours.

Main duties:

• To provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store.

The Role:

• To maximize sales for the store;
• To develop enduring relationships with clients;
• To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request;
• To approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy;
• To manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices;
• To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;
• To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;
• To handle returns of merchandise;
• To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard;
• To support the team on the general operations of the “Piquadro” store;
• To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;
• To operate cash registers and close daily revenues;
• To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates;
• To go the “extra mile” to meet targets.

The Candidate:

• Fluency in English (written spoken) is strongly desired and Chinese appreciated;
