360 Talent is seeking a talented luxury sales professional for a globally recognised menswear brand in Milano. You will drive premium client relationships, styling guidance, and exceptional service to a discerning clientele.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in premium or luxury sales, with menswear/men’s accessories experience preferred. A polished, confident persona and a proven track record in hitting targets are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in premium or luxury sales.
• Previous experience within Menswear and/or Men’s Accessories is highly desirable.
• Confident and engaging sales personality with a natural ability to build and develop strong client relationships.
• Strong knowledge and genuine passion for luxury products, fashion and styling.
• Commercially driven with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Polished, personable and confident when working with a discerning luxury clientele.

THE PACKAGE

• Basic salary up to €40,000 per annum, 40 hours per week
