Job summary

Syensqo SA is seeking a Sales and Operations Planning Manager to lead the planning team within the Performance & Care GBU's supply chain for multiple plants in EMEA. You will translate demand into a 12–18 month rough cut production plan, align with inventory and OTIF targets, and drive scenarios with stakeholders across manufacturing, markets, and purchasing.

Responsibilities include defining catalog lead times, supporting OTIF performance, and shaping stock strategies to meet inventory goals.

Qualifications

• 3 to 10 years in supply planning positions.
• Knowledge of Advanced Planning Systems (Maestro a plus).
• APICS/CPIM certification.
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate demand forecasts into a rough cut production plan for the next 12 to 18 months, aligning with inventory and OTIF targets.
• Propose planning scenarios to optimize targets and lead decision-making with manufacturing, markets, product management, purchasing.
• Manage deviations from the plan and drive potential product allocations.
• Define Catalog Lead Times with market and manufacturing teams; support OTIF performance.
• Define stock holding strategies and drive inventory targets, including reductions of slow moving inventories.
