Job summary

SC Johnson GmbH is seeking a Senior Associate, Finished Goods Planning to manage inventory and production planning for a European portfolio. You will balance service levels with inventory targets and coordinate master production schedules across distribution centers, factories, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities include supporting S&OP/S&OE processes, maintaining planning data in SAP ECC and Kinaxis Maestro, and driving continuous improvement in planning tools and processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Supply Chain experience, preferably including production, supply or inventory planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable supply plans.
• Experience working with Supply Planning and ERP systems; SAP ECC and Kinaxis/Maestro experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory and production planning for an assigned portfolio across multiple European markets.
• Define and optimize inventory targets at distribution centers to deliver customer service objectives.
• Develop and maintain the master production schedule, balancing demand with factory capacity and material availability.
• Contribute to monthly S&OP and weekly S&OE processes by identifying risks and opportunities and supporting decisions.
• Maintain accurate SAP and Kinaxis master data for effective planning.
