Dayco Canada Corp is seeking a talented SIOP Manager EMEA to join our Logistics team in Burolo (TO). This high-impact leadership role focuses on orchestrating the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process across the Aftermarket business.

The successful candidate will transition the organization to a high-velocity, concurrent planning environment that improves agility and service levels, utilizing tools like Kinaxis Maestro. A proven track record in the automotive supply chain is essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years of experience in demand and supply planning within the Automotive industry.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Advanced Excel skills needed for data analysis.

Mansioni

• Orchestrate the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process.
• Lead the monthly SIOP cycle including Demand Review and Supply Review.
• Manage supplier relationships and material master data.
